CPTSD and disenfranchised grief imbalance my wellbeing often, &, without notice. When I could no longer remain in the workforce, I had no idea how to survive, let alone redefine.
Courage was found in pairing spiritual practices such as QiGong, Reiki & Yoga with sensory practices like photography & crafting. In time, a creative coping alchemy formed.
This website is my journal of surviving, redefining & seeking estrangement from chronic trauma.
Sincere gratitude to Helpful Changes, Special Olympics, Ideal-Way, LHSC, Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, Autism Ontario London Chapter, London Abused Women’s Centre, Fanshawe's CICE Program, UWO, Children's Aid Society, PPOC, Anova & JENN Photography for their years of goodwill.

Generating photographic imagery has been my go to sensory practice for over 35 years.

Crafting is my adaptive coping. I allow myself to be open & receptive to the benefits of various media.
