Impediments such as CPTSD and disenfranchised grief can quickly imbalance wellbeing and mindful living. In pairing the study of spiritual practices (Tao, QiGong, Reiki, Yoga & Pilates) with sensory practices (photography & contemporary crafting) we can build our own creative coping alchemy in sync with the paradigms of health in complementary & alternative medicine.
My technical skills are limited but the goal is to have this site provide creative inspiration and resources for women as they navigate their very personal healing journeys. Follow the blog for stories and inspiration. Please be patient as this resource establishes and please reach out with any constructive suggestions.
